Where it all began...
The Carmona Musical Legacy is one that is rich in culture. From early photos dating back to 1901, to the concert performances with legendary icons such as Tito Puente, Ray Barretto, and other Grammy winning Latin performers, the Carmona's have been accredited for their contributions to the art of music with the recent inductions into performing art centers in CA, TX and exhibits in the Texas Music Museum. In 2013, Nemecio Camarillo Carmona (Gabe's grandfather) was inducted into the The Long Center for the Performing Arts. Carmona's stone exhibit joins the likes of Janis Joplin and Stevie Ray Vaughn.
"I am humbled and honored to carry on this musical tradition and pay homage to the Carmona musicians before me" - Gabe Carmona
